ARC’s legacy began in the 1960s under the name Anjaneya Bricks and Tiles, contributing significantly to the early infrastructure of Bengaluru. For over four decades, we supplied high-quality bricks and tiles that formed the foundation of many iconic structures across the city. Staying true to our roots in building materials, we steadily evolved our expertise—eventually expanding into real estate development to help shape Bengaluru’s modern skyline.

A milestone in this transformation was the development of a 100,000 sq. ft. office facility on Old Airport Road—our first foray into large-scale commercial real estate. With the rise of e-commerce, ARC strategically diversified into industrial warehousing, delivering robust and scalable infrastructure for leading brands such as Flipkart and Myntra. This transition marked our ability to anticipate market needs and deliver solutions that align with emerging business models.
